Day 1 Siem Reap Arrival
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement
Accommodations: Steung Siem Reap Hotel
Site visited: Angkor Wat, Phnom Bakheng On arrival, our Cambodian guide will meet and transfer us to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will visit the Majestic temple of Ankor Wat. Then we enjoy with sunset on the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng
Day 2 Siem Reap – Angkor Wat (B)
Accommodations: Steung Siem Reap Hotel This morning you continue visiting sites within the Angkor Complex including Angkor Thom & Ta Prohm Temple, whose principle attraction is that it has not been rescued from the thick jungle, as the rest of the Angkor Complex has. Also included today are the Templkes of Takeo, Chau Say Tevoda, Thammanon, Banteay Kdei, Sras Srang, and Prasat Kravan. This afternoon visit some of the floating markets on Tanle Sap Lake.
Day 3 Siem Reap – Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam (B, D)

Site visited: Angkor Wat, Phnom Bakheng
Accommodation: Tan My Dinh 2 Hotel After breakfast transfer to the airport for our flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival Your Vietnamese guide will meet the group for our transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon we will take a two-hour cyclo tour of the city. A cyclo is a three wheeled rickshaw and this will be a great introduction to the people and traffic of Vietnam!!!
Day 4 Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)

Site visited: Cu Chi Tunnels, Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum This morning, travel 75 km northwest of the city to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. At the height of its existence, the tunnel system stretched over 250 km from Ho Chi Minh City to the Cambodian Border and was three levels deep. The network included innumerable trap doors, special constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapon factories, field hospitals, command centers, kitchens giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life was like. This afternoon’s city tour will include highlights of this city of six million people including: Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, and Ben Thanh market
Day 5 Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta – My Tho (B, L)
Site visited: My Tho – Mekong Delta
Accommodation: Tan My Dinh 2 Hotel Leaving busy Ho Chi Minh City we drive to My Tho, boat through the large Stream for seeing how people of lower Mekong Delta do business on the water. We then cruise through the lush green vegetation of the canals to an orchard, where we are treated to a delicious lunch complete with tropical fruits. After lunch we keep on cruising along river to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, admire marvelous natural setting of Mekong Delta region. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh with stop at Bonsai Garden. Arrival at our hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner tonight is at the local restaurant near hotel (5 minute walking)
Day 6 Ho Chi Minh City fly to Da nang, Hoi An (B)
Site visited: Marble mountains, China beach
Accommodation: Thuy Duong 3 Hotel This morning we transfer to airport at Ho Chi Minh City in time for the flight to Danang. On arrival in Danang transfer to Hoi An a 35 km drive away. En route stop to see the Marble Mountains with its five peaks said to represent the five elements (water, wood, fire, metal and earth).
Our suggestion:
The shops are open to 9pm and if we want tailor made clothes – walk down the car free streets and investigate. Order one day, pick up the next!!
Day 7 Hoi An (B)
Sites visited: Hoi An Ancient Quarter
Accommodation: Thuy Duong 3 Hotel Early this morning a cool walk to the river and the morning fish markets is very interesting (optional). Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast meet our guide for a walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Assembly Hall, the 200 year old Tan Ky House, and Japanese Bridge. The rest of the day is our own to rest or explore this lovely town. The cuisine in Hoi An is well known for specialties.
Day 8 Hoi An – Hue (B)
Accommodation: Green Hotel Hue
Sites visited: Hai van pass, Lang Co Beach, Da Nang City, Citadel of Hue, Imperial City, and Museum of antique
Today’s coach journey north to Hue travels over the Hai Van Pass where we stop for views over Lang Co Beach and Danang City; see China Beach and perhaps visit a silk workshop. On arrival in Hue we will check in hotel. This afternoon visit the Citadel and the Imperial Museum. Dinner tonight is at a charming local restaurant set in a private garden where we will sample some of Hue’s culinary specialties.
Day 9 Hue (B)
Accommodation: Green Hotel Hue
Site visited: Perfume River, Emperor Minh Mang’s Tomb, ,Thien Mu Pagoda Today cruise the Perfume River aboard a Dragon Boat. Being the former capital, Hue’s surrounding countryside contains several of the tombs of the former Nguyen Emporers. The ornate tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, set within a beautiful landscaped garden will be the first stop. We will stop and visit Thien Mu Pagoda; the rest of the day will be a tour to Dong Ba market. Enjoy some free time, or sit at a sidewalk restaurant near a busy intersection and watch life of the Vietnamese pass by.
Day 10 Hue – Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Transfer via: Vietnam airlines
Accommodation: Bai Tho Junk Cruise
Sites visited: Halong Bay
This morning we will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Hanoi. Then from the air port we have a more than 3 hour drive from Hanoi to Halong bay. Board a private boat in time for a late lunch to soak up the atmosphere of this truly beautiful area located on the Gulf of Tonkin. This is one of four World Heritage sights in Vietnam. Time for a swim, before enjoying a seafood feast. We also have chance to explore caves and fishing villages.
Overnight is onboard the boat in air-conditioned cabins.
Day 11 Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Accommodation: Star View Hotel After breakfast, disembark and return to Hanoi and check into our Hotel. Tonight enjoy dinner and the Water Puppets performance.
Day 12 Hanoi – Train (B)
Accommodation: Soft Sleeper train with A/C
Sites visited: Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, Van Phuc Silk village,
Today we will visit some highlights of Hanoi including: Ho Chi Minh complex, Temple of Literature and Museum of Ethnology. This afternoon’s tour is to the surrounding area of Hanoi. The village of Van Phuc has, for generations, been the place where Vietnam’s most famous silk is made. Dinner tonight is included before a transfer to Hanoi Railway Station.
Day 13 Lao Cai – Sapa (B)
Accommodation: Bamboo Hotel Sa Pa
Sites visited: Cat Cat Village, Sa Pa town Upon our arrive Lao Cai. After hour’s drive, enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Our bags will be stored at the hotel as our hotel rooms will not be available until about midday – early afternoon. This afternoon, we will visit the hills tribe villages Cat Cat and the waterfall. Return to Sapa.
Day 14 Sa Pa (B)
Accommodation: Bamboo Hotel Sa Pa
Sites visited: Lao Chai and Ta Van village This morning we will visit the hills tribe villages Lao Chai & Ta Van, home of the Black H'mong and the Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people we can meet. Once on the valley floor we can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds us. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered villages. Return to Sapa.
Day 15 Sapa – Train to Hanoi (B)
Accommodation: Overnight Soft Sleeper Train with A/C Today we are at our leisure to enjoy Sapa. Late afternoon we transfer to Lao Cai Station for return to Hanoi.
Day 16 Hanoi (B, D)
Accommodation: Star View Hotel Arrive at Hanoi. Disembark the train and transfer to our hotel for breakfast (room might be not ready until 12 o’clock.). The day is yours to shop and explore the ‘Old Town of Hanoi.’
Day 17 Hanoi Departure (B)
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement Today we are free at our leisure until we transfer to the airport for our flight home. Trip concludes.

Lunch - Lunches are normally arranged at the Vietnamese or Cambodian restaurants near the scenic spots. Your tour guides will order food according to your appetite. Most are Vietnamese or Cambodia dishes, and some are modified to fit westerners' tastes. At some of the meals one complimentary soft drink is served.
Dinner - Same as lunch. If you prefer to not eat Vietnamese or Cambodian food, Viet Vision Travel suggests you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area.
